Effective date: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AskMe website, inquiry forms, and consultation booking features. Contact AskMe at [email protected] or +1 312 296 5235.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes and to contact AskMe about potential services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your use of the website.
Submitting the website form does not create a client relationship. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that AskMe will accept you or your business as a client. A client relationship begins only under a separate signed client agreement.
Recruiting, advertising, lead generation, screening, CRM, and automation results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors outside AskMe’s control, including market conditions, budgets, platforms, applicant or customer behavior, and client participation.
Advertising spend and third-party platform fees may be separate from AskMe service fees. Any approved budgets, charges, and payment responsibilities will be addressed in the applicable signed client agreement or approved order.
Clients are responsible for timely cooperation, accurate information, lawful instructions, required approvals, account access, and their own final hiring and business decisions. Clients remain responsible for complying with laws and platform rules applicable to their business.
The website and its original content, branding, and design are owned by AskMe or used with permission and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the signed client agreement.
The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as Framer and Google Calendar. Other CRM, communication, advertising, or analytics services may be used when connected. AskMe does not control third-party platforms, and their availability and terms are governed by their providers.
You may not use the website to violate law, infringe rights, submit harmful or deceptive material, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website without permission, or misuse contact or booking features.
The website and its informational content are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AskMe disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed client agreement. Website content is not legal, tax, or employment advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AskMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or third-party services. Any liability related to paid services is governed by the applicable signed client agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. Any client-specific indemnification obligations are governed by the signed client agreement.
AskMe may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised Terms apply to that use.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where a signed client agreement exists, its governing-law and dispute provisions control matters related to the paid services.
